For international bookings — flights, international hotels and airport transfers on international routes — the credit window is 7 days from date of booking or invoice. The shorter window reflects international airline and hotel payment timelines. Advance payment is recommended for bulk international bookings.
Is GST charged on the service fee?
Yes. All our service fees are exclusive of GST. 18% GST is applicable on all service charges in India as per prevailing tax laws. Travel costs carry their own provider-imposed taxes. Final invoices reflect all taxes clearly and separately.
Do you mark up airfare, hotel or cab rates?
No — never. We pass through travel costs at exact provider rates. Our only revenue is the service & convenience fee agreed with you upfront. You will always pay the real market rate for travel.
